If you decide to apply for an open position at Cerner, we offer you our application platform (IBM Kenexa BrassRing). For the purpose of the application process, we collect personal information from you in order to evaluate your application. Any such personal information will be provided by you voluntarily.

Through our application platform Cerner may collect personally identifiable information, such as contact information (e.g., name, address, telephone number and e-mail address), education details, qualifications, job history, curriculum vitae, professional experiences, language skills as well as any other personal information you provide during the process of your online application.

We use the information only for the purpose of administrating your application. In the event that you accept a Cerner job offer, any personal information you provided during the application process will be transferred to our HR administration systems for Cerner associates, where you can access and amend such details. As a Cerner associate, the processing of your employee records will follow Cerner's internal HR privacy policy.

Your application and any personal information contained therein, will be processed by or on behalf of Cerner in the United States as well as shared with other Cerner group companies on a need to know basis, e.g. if you apply for a job in a different country.
