Oracle Cerner is elated to hire for the role of Human Resource Shared Services Specialist. As a Human Resource Shared Services Specialist, You will provide a first point of contact and exceptional customer service to associates via multiple channels, including phone inbound/outbound calls, online chat, email, walk-ins, ticketing systems, and automated process flows within various solutions. You will also investigate and provide guidance and resolution regarding HR policy-related questions, escalating situations as necessary. You will document issue resolution thoroughly and in a timely manner. You will also educate associates about the resources available to them, encouraging the use of self-service tools and the HR knowledge base. You will process transactions and requests for onboarding, internal movement, offboarding, and document management. You will also resolve associate inquiries, completing necessary processing and data changes within HR systems. You will facilitate the completion of new hire employment requirements for start classes, entering accurate associate data in the HR information system. You will coordinate the payroll process by submitting or entering complete and accurate payroll related documentation in accordance with payroll processing deadlines.

Working Environment

Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered

This position offers an Onsite working environment. Meaning you will primarily work in a Cerner office or client site. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Onsite

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 1 year human resources and/or business operations work experience
    • At least 3 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
    • High School Diploma
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
    • At least 4 years' experience in HR operations, HRIS, Employee data management
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
    • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
    • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
