We are leading the industry in using big data intelligence to enable the shift from reactive care to proactive population level health management and are looking for a driven Technical Support Engineer I to join our Immediate Response Center (IRC) team, based in Dublin, Ireland.

Elevate your career by joining the Oracle Health Dublin Immediate Response Center (IRC) as a Technical Support Engineer I. This role offers daily opportunities to cultivate and nurture your global technical network at Oracle. As an integral member in the high-performing Oracle Health IRC, you'll thrive amid the vibrant world of cutting-edge technologies at the intersection where Healthcare meets Information Technology.

You will act as a situation manager and use your analytical and technical knowledge for the client service request investigation and resolution for Oracle Health software and applications. While doing this, you will ensure to prioritize and manage the work queue in accordance with service level agreements. You will also own the documentation of the major incident in the Oracle Health ticketing system as well as facilitate the communication with the client and Oracle Heath stakeholders.

Working Environment

Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Healthcare IT
  • Experience working in customer service
Expectations:
  • This role will be based in our Dublin Ireland office (which is currently in a hybrid work model)
  • Working schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm
