Oracle Cerner is excited to hire a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible to consult on HR processes including performance management, compensation management, recognition, position management and personnel financial plan management for a complex organization or a line of business. You will be responsible Analyze human capital data, identify trends, and make recommendations to generate positive workforce outcomes for an organization or line of business. You will be responsible for collaborating with HR centers of excellence, finance, and business leaders to develop and maintain workforce strategies for an organization or line of business. You will be responsible for providing counsel and coaching to leadership. You will be responsible for driving projects and initiatives across an organization or line of business, the HR Partner community, and/or the HR organization. You will be responsible to understand and navigate current business needs and execute human capital strategies to support an organization or line of business.

Working Environment

Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

    • At least 2 years of human resources work experience

    • At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Experience in Performance management systems, HR strategies, HR policy, Employee engagement, Employee Grievance, Attrition management, Employee life cycle management, Compensation management, recognition, position management, and personnel financial plan management for an organization

  • Experience in Partnering with business leaders on an end-to-end human capital strategy and provide input to and implementing key HR strategies to deliver optimal business outcomes

  • Experience working on Workday

Expectations

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
