Job Description

We are excited to hire a Lead Solution Architect. As a Lead Solution Architect, you will guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance. You will act as primary consultant for the client's solution troubleshooting, consultation and knowledge transfer and will cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support. You will resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise and resolve complex client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or solution application. You will perform test script execution and will create and participate in unit and integrated testing.

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 3 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
