Senior Technical Solution Analyst

Job Description

We are pleased to hire a Senior Technical Solution Analyst at Oracle Cerner. As a Senior Technical Solution Analyst, you will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will perform troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers. You will communicate effectively, verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders. You will document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation. You will prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs. And, you will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals. Lead complex project work across multiple teams or organizations. Assist in corporate problem management processes. Drive escalated issues with the support of the engineering and leadership team.

Working Environment

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 2 years of customer service, call center, hospitality, and/or technical support work experience
    • At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in SQL & application support, Client/customer support, troubleshooting, incident management, Problem management & Change Management.
  • Willing to work in the shift of 5 PM – 2 AM IST.
  • Should have excellent Communication Skills and be able to interact with stakeholders in different regions of the world.
