Qualifications
Basic Qualifications- At least 14 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- Minimum 15 years of international business development and sales experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
- Multi-lingual – ideal, Nordic languages preferred
- Cloud aware - ideal
