Human Resources Generalist I

Job Description

  • Facilitate HR processes including performance management, compensation management, recognition, position management and personnel financial plan management for an organization
  • Analyze human capital data, identify trends and facilitate dialogue to generate positive workforce outcomes for an organization
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence, finance, and business leaders to execute and maintain workforce strategies for an organization
  • Provide counsel and coaching to leadership
  • Participate in and/or drive projects and initiatives across the HR Partner community and their organizations
  • Understand and navigate current business needs and execute human capital strategies to support a segment of the business

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 1 year human resources work experience
    • At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
    • High School Diploma
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
    Expectations
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
    • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local re
    • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
