Lead Sales Client Executive

Job Description

Oracle Cerner’s Sales team is growing and looking to hire a Lead Client Executive. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels. By maintaining a broad network of existing and prospective client relationships and industry partners, you will lead complex sales opportunities and contract negotiations and develop multifaceted pricing and packaging proposals and sales channel approaches. As a primary sales point of contact you will manage the sales process including proposal (RFI/RFP) responses, communication, and deliverables. You will drive lead generation activities to grow sales pipeline for assigned territory and perform market and competitive research to contribute to client specific sales strategies and proposals that address the specific needs of the client organisation. You will support contract negotiations and manage pipeline and forecast to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. Most importantly you will broaden Oracle’ Cerner’s growth potential by working with a diverse team of sales executives and business developers and provide expertise on the development of sales strategies that anticipate trends and the changing market environment. Working Environment

Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years relevant work experience
  • Plus 6 years completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
    • 3 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 5 years of sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organisational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security
