Learning Consultant II

Job Description

Cerner is looking for a Swedish/ English speaking Learning Consultant II to join the International Change and Learning team. This is an exciting team that looks to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of the wider organisation of Cerner Consulting. You will be part of a dynamic international team in which collaborative working will be paramount. As well as delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally. 

As a Learning Consultant II, you will be facilitating training events for clients on various service lines and guide them through interdependencies and design decisions impacts. You will be client-facing and will teach a variety of courses to a diverse group of clients for both Back Office and front-end users. You may also be asked to do 1:1 Adoption coaching or other Learning Consultant functions on projects such as working with the clients to develop training strategies or sustainment plans.

As a Learning Consultant II within Cerner's International Change and Learning team, you will assist in developing and delivering an appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs whilst maintaining a high quality of education for our clients. You may also be asked to review course content to address current solution features and provide feedback to our larger international organisation.

You will evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes. You will conduct training and classroom-based coaching onsite and in virtual environments as needed to build motivation and ability. You will consult with and coordinate between Cerner and client leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies. You will also be part of a larger team to manage operational reporting and administrative tasks related to Client Education such as responding to client requests or scheduling additional courses.

You may also be asked to travel internationally as the need arises, and/or work occasionally virtually in another time zone.

Working Environment

Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Healthcare or Marketing and/or 4 years of relevant work experience plus;
  • Plus 2 years completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
    • At least 1 year of learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Fluent in Swedish

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Cerner Millennium products
  • Experience working in a Healthcare setting, ideally, within IT

Expectations
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
