Pharmnet Solution Architect - Adventist Health (remote)

Job Description

As a Solution Architect you will provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits. This includes guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance as well as acting as the primary consultant for the client’s solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. You will guide our client through design of clinical and business process, solution and technology workflow. As a member of this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support while also resolving escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise. This includes contributing in a leadership capacity to advance the solutions and their effectiveness; consult with Adventist Health stakeholders and project teams to fulfill enhancements and provide documented benefits. You will be responsible for resolving client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, solution application, perform test script execution and create and participate in unit and integrated testing, develop associate domain experience (clinical, revenue and operational) and consulting.

Working Environment

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
    • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
      • Cerner Pharmnet work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of Cerner Pharmnet build work experience
  • At least 3 years of implementation work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Pharmacy, Oncology (Infusion Center, Clinic, Inpatient), Point of Care, Medication Process, Computerized Provider Order Entry, Charging (Charge on Admin and Charge on Dispense)
Expectations
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
