Job Description

As a Senior Healthcare Integration Partner (Learning Health Network), you will develop, lead, and execute strategies that improve solution satisfaction and drive value for client clinical communities within the care delivery model.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead accountability and strategy for clinical and C-suite relationships within client base and overall health care industry
  • Influence strategic clinical discussions with client promoting the alignment and adoption of technology
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute clinical vision, objectives, and strategy
  • Identify and develop clinical and business process improvement opportunities
  • Advise on key findings, conclusions, and recommendations from outcome assessments
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on effective client governance structure relationship that promotes sustained alignment and continuous performance. We are excited for you to join our innovative team!

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 2 years client relationship management, healthcare information technology (hcit) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience
    • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
      • High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Expectations
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
