Qualifications
Basic Qualifications- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (hcit) work experience
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Studies, Health Care, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Certification of Occupational Therapy - State Board, Speech Therapy - State Board, State Board, Physical Therapy - State Board, Registered Nurse - State Board
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Studies, Doctorate in allied health, or Health Care
- Registered Nurse
- Previous experience with staff scheduling, staffing assignments, staffing workflows, hospital admission/registration process, and/or other related hospital operations of acute and ambulatory rehabilitation
- Previous experience with workload and workforce management
- Previous client consulting experience
- Cerner Millennium application experience
- Experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations
- Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 60 - 80%% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Must reside within 60 miles of an already approved Cerner location
