Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with Cerner, you will consult on HR processes including performance management, compensation management, recognition, position management and personnel financial plan management for a complex organization or a line of business. You will analyze human capital data, identify trends, and make recommendations to generate positive workforce outcomes for an organization or line of business. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR centers of excellence, finance, and business leaders to develop and maintain workforce strategies for an organization or line of business, provide counsel and coaching to leadership and drive projects and initiatives across an organization or line of business, the HR Partner community, and/or the HR organization. You must be able to understand and navigate current business needs and execute human capital strategies to support an organization or line of business.

Working Environment

Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 2 years Human Resources Work Experience
    • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bahelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology
  • Human Resources experience within a government contracting organization is preferred
Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
