At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years in graphic design, multimedia design and/or visual production work experience
At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Art, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Proficient in various graphic and visual design communications platforms/tools including Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint), SharePoint, In-Design, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
Experience in video production/editing
Experience in healthcare and/or familiarity with Cerner products
Adept at working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders while maintaining focus on strategy and established goals
Adheres to Cerner brand and internal style guidelines
Strong ability to manage schedules and deadlines for information gathering, content creation, reviews and approvals
Must live in or around the Kansas City area or near a virtually approved city
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
