As Cerner continues to grow, we're hiring a Technical Engagement Leader to plan, monitor, and ensure the delivery of client project services from initiation to completion. In this role, you will serve as the technical liaison between Cerner and the client to ensure all targets and requirements are completed on schedule and within scope; manage and support client go-live events; and plan and manage client upgrades. Additionally, you will provide input into the development and management of the overall client technical project roadmap and domain strategy; maintain client relationships, facilitate day-to-day operations and communications; and participate in weekly client calls. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • 1-year system administration, system engineering and/or technical project/program management work experience
    • 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
      • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
