Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:- At least 5 years work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education plus at least 1-year licensed health care practice, clinical research, epidemiology and/or biostatistics work experience
- You have minimum 5/6 years’ experience in EPI/HEOR research with a real interest in Patient Surveys (i.e. Epidemiology, Preference Surveys, PROs);
- Solid experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies;
- Fluency in English C2;
- You are client oriented, with excellent understanding of client objectives and needs;
- You have demonstrable client & project management skills;
- You have developed specific expertise in one or several areas (e.g. methodology, therapeutic area,…);
- Excellent communication skills – able to distill issues, manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor in a timely manner;
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter and fast learner, you react to change productively displaying a solution driven approach;
- You are flexible: if things do not go as planned, you adapt, and carry on;
- You’re open to new ideas & innovative ways of working;
- Ability to coach and mentor junior researchers;
- Ability to inspire and motivate people within research teams;
