Delivery Consultant II

Job Description

The role of an operations focused delivery consultant supporting ComumunityWorks Clients is to assist and supplement the various implementation and support teams (CommunityWorks solution consulting teams, AMS production support) to deliver a seamless production and non-production experience from project kickoff to conversion and beyond. The role is primarily focused on the following outcomes: Review Change/Ideas, determine value and expected adoption, test changes and facilitate the implementation of the changes into the production environment, Troubleshooting in depth solution workflow specific issues, Consultative approach to solving client workflow issues and maintaining Cerner best practices, Creation and maintenance of education slides for your solution changes SR queue Management

Working Environment

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
    • At least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
    • At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Cerner configuration tools
Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand person role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positions
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
