Business Intelligence Analyst I (Swedish Speaker)

Cerner has partnered with Sweden’s regions to provide an integrated digital healthcare environment for regional healthcare, replacing many existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities.

Cerner’s hosting organization, CernerWorks, is growing and is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Global CernerWorks Client Operations team. This position will be based in Stockholm, where you will begin working on a large-scale Client and projects that will span across the EU and other parts of the Globe.

In this role, you will drive efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. You will also be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and issues using data to provide insight to decision-makers, and you will implement process changes and process improvements that are sustainable and repeatable, consult with business stakeholders and participate in cross-functional teams to address business issues, participate in identified business initiatives and project delivery. Some tasks will require translation English>Swedish/Swedish>English.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or Analytics or 4 years relevant work experience, plus;
  • At least 1 year of Business analytics work experience
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, minimum level C1

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional languages such as French or Dutch are a plus

Expectations:
  • Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as needed
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
