Cerner continues to grow, and we're hiring a Client Service Manager for our Health Network Consulting group. As a Client Service Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with client leadership through consistent engagement and support; advocate within Cerner to ensure that client needs and challenges are understood; manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, and write-off processes; and execute plans to increase client satisfaction. Finally, you will coordinate contractual interactions with the client and escalate issues requiring executive attention and track to resolution. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • 1-year sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
    • 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 40% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Must currently reside within 60 miles of a virtually approved city
