Services Operations Manager II (Sweden or UK based)

We are excited to announce that we are looking for Services Operations Manager II to join the International Operations Team.

As a Services Operations Manager II you will work with project leadership to understand project staffing requirements, develop project staffing plans using project requirements and practice data as well as recommend and communicate staffing assignments to associates, managers and project teams. You will also be responsible for documenting and tracking all open and committed resource assignments, forecasting possible at-risk projects or practicing resource constraints, analyse and report on key business metrics related to staffing and identify and support process improvements around resource staffing needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years work experience, plus:
  • 2 years of relevant work experience or higher education, including 1-year work experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution.
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least a year of experience in recommending and communicating staffing assignments to associates, managers and project teams.
  • Resource management and/or business operations experience
  • Project Management experience

Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
