- At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year of human resources work experience and/or other learning/adult education work experience, including instructional design, training facilitation, and/or learning consultation
- At least 5 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Communications, Health Care, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
- Experience creating 508 conformant online learning
- Experience applying the ADDIE model
- Experience with graphic design
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
