Solution Designer

Job Description

As a Solution Designer, you will use epics, features, solution vision and market needs to write user stories and requirements into clear, workable solution and risk control requirements. You will support the development team in planning and estimating resource needs and also prioritize backlog to support product roadmap according to business value. In addition, you will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and keep them informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles. As a Solution Designer, you will lead and own discussions between the development team, subject matter experts, internal users or client-facing teams to clarify user stories, track issues or resolve problems.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
    • At least 1 year of product design, product testing, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience
    • At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
Expectations
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • SQL
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Snowflake
    • Financial systems, such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
