Job Description

As a Data Analyst within HealtheIntent, you’ll work to analyze the relationship between data and solution workflows to be consumed for direct insights of internal associates and clients. You’ll use both technical and communication acumen to identify gaps for solution reporting in Population Health. This includes executing both pre-defined and exploratory analyses to quantify data quality across the HealtheIntent Platform. You will also work with clients on technology, process, and training to enhance their analytical capabilities while focusing on the relationship between analytics and driving clinical and financial health care improvements. Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of total combined related work experience or completed higher education, including:
    • 1 year of experience in one of the following areas:
      • Data Analytics and/or statistical analyses
      • Health Care Consulting and/or Marketing
      • Successful completion of Cerner's Analytics Learning Lab
    • 4 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of this job including:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of consulting experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using SQL and Tableau
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City, MO area
