Lead Account Executive

London, London, United Kingdom

Client Relationships

Job Description

We’re changing how people think about health and care. We have passion for new ideas that are changing the world by the minute. Cerner has been improving healthcare IT for more than 40 years. We strive to deliver value in all we do, and support organisations to deliver the Quadruple Aim of healthcare. Our technology supports healthcare systems, hospitals, GPs and community services to be the best they can be and to deliver connected, safe care. We’re leading the industry on enabling the shift from reactive care to proactive population health management through big data intelligence.

As a lead client accountable executive (CAE), you will be the trusted partner with industry and client knowledge to build, maintain and leverage relationships that result in top client performance and business growth for both Cerner and the client. You will be a dependable advisor responsible for our clients achieving shared success of a current and future roadmap, embracing population health management strategies to deliver the aims of ICSs, and realising meaningful outcomes that improve health and care delivery.

London is seen as a global leader in the provision of healthcare and Cerner is playing a key role in transforming London’s healthcare to meet the vision and goals of ICSs. As lead CAE, you will be responsible for a set of clients within the London region and be a part of a broader London team, contributing to the development of strategy as well as tactical delivery for clients.

This is a highly visible role within Cerner. You will develop and nurture strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the regional health and social care system, and as the client lead for Cerner you will work closely with our senior leadership. You will be the key client contact and liaison, managing and facilitating client relationships, expectations and requirements, and an advocate for Cerner’s vision to improve healthcare. You will oversee all Cerner-related engagements and opportunities in the region, including developing strategy, contracting, implementation, delivery and messaging.

To support the traction and progress Cerner has within the UK health system, you will actively work with clients to demonstrate the benefits of digitalisation and data, and jointly develop referenceable case studies that bring to life the impact on patients and care givers through the improvement of care delivery. You will plan and lead strategic road mapping sessions, propose solutions and services tailored to their needs and vision, and support clients through robust business cases that articulate their why, return on investment, value and benefits.
If you’re out to change the world in ways that matter, we want to hear from you. As a Cerner associate, you will be joining an inclusive, social and innovative workplace that has a strong emphasis on developing talent and promotion from within. You will be rewarded for your hard work with a competitive salary and a host of additional benefits, including generous insurance and pension plans, a season ticket loan scheme, active lifestyle reimbursements and cycle to work programmes.

We are happy to consider flexible working options for many of our jobs and will always work with you to keep your work life and home life balanced.
