Lead Client Accountable Executive - Canada Sales

Job Description

As a Lead Client Accountable Executive within the Canada Sales team, you will own a cohort of strategic client partnerships as a trusted advisor accountable for the creation of a shared governance structure with a shared vision of success, optimization of the current and future roadmap, and an overall focus on identifying outcomes and achieving value. You will manage the overall client relationship for multiple clients or a large regional client, including serving as the escalation point and facilitating clients’ value achievement through adoption of our technologies and services; resolution of issues requiring executive attention, and advocate for the client within Cerner. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels across the client organization and oversee all Cerner related engagements with the client, including implementation delivery, to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging, and delivery to the client as committed. You will continuously grow the overall reference-ability of the client and proactively provide the client with opportunities to promote the value of the Cerner relationship, plan and lead strategic road mapping sessions and propose solutions and services tailored to the client's needs and vision. As a leader on the team, you will develop and advance sales opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, and establish best practices for managing client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes, and contractual interactions. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • 3 years of sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
    • 7 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master's degree
  • Client management work experience

Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Preferably be located within 200 kilometers of Toronto, Canada
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
