Job Description

Our Product Marketing Team is looking to add a Business Intelligence Specialist. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will drive efficient operations by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. You will create, monitor and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders, and report any risk areas to address concerns. You will describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures, gather requirements and manage multiple inputs and priorities, and develop reporting to make data more meaningful to business initiatives. This position will also analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and identify root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain. Finally, you will collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business
  • Exposure or experience using Salesforce

Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Currently residing or willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metro Area
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand person role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positions
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
