HR Quality and Process Business Intelligence Analyst I

Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst within the HR Operations – HR Quality Management team, you will be responsible for helping to navigate through many HR business process issues, troubleshoot errors, fix issues, root cause issues, propose and work with change management, monitor and maintain internal procedures and controls, maintain work instructions, and ensure that data integrity is accurate throughout many HR business processes and HR systems that covers multi-countries. In this role, you will also oversee routine data auditing, trend reporting, and drive improvements to operations by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. Understand and manage components of HR’s quality management system to stay compliant with internal and external audit requirements. This position is a foundational position in HR that works with all the HR teams, systems, and HR business processes, the ability to think broadly and critically is important.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • At least 1 year of business analytics work experience
    • At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience working with HR Operations

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Kansas City area
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
