Technical Solution Analyst I

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will perform solution-related service request investigations, incident resolutions, application maintenance and be primarily responsible for providing troubleshooting support. In this role you will be required to have significant involvement in client communication, working with HealtheIntent Support Engineers, and IP Development personnel.

As a TSA you will communicate with clients to explain next steps or resolution of an issue; own, troubleshoot, and document an investigation and resolution of incidents; work with other departments (Development, Project team) to find resolution for escalated issues; drive continual improvement of support practices; manage workload to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner; clearly document investigation steps and have the ability to explain technical if requested by clients; Prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs.
You will be joining a multi-cultural team supporting different solutions and willing to share knowledge across several applications; you will also collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field, or 4 years related work experience
Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge with one of the following languages: Java or C++
  • Knowledge of SQL.
Expectations:
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Provide on-call support when needed
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
