Senior Manager, End User Support

Job Description

The Senior Manager will direct the day-to-day operations of Team Leads and Associates assigned to support Clinical applications, systems and process. They must ensure all phases of support are properly coordinated, scheduled, monitored, tracked, escalated and resolved. They will prioritize and schedule work, allocate resources, monitor progress, and support change management . The manager will ensure support efforts meet quality standards, promote client satisfaction, and adhere to service level agreements; act as a resource for questions or issues, and serve as an escalation point for resolving complex issues or situations; manage workflow and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
  • 1 year of Information systems security work experience
  • 3 years of Customer service, call center, hospitality and/or technical support work experience
  • 7 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Expectations:
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
