As the Director of Communications and Public Relations at Cerner Sweden you will have the opportunity to set strategic directions for communications and marketing, be involved in exciting projects in the Nordics, collaborate with clients and create value for the business. You will be a member of the Cerner Sweden management team and work closely with the general manager, and other key executives.
Your main objective will be to drive and strengthen our brand and market position through strategic and creative communications and marketing, stakeholder management and media relations. You will lead the development and implementation of the Nordic communications and PR strategy, driving and developing communication initiatives externally and internally to enhance branding and organizational engagement; including the internal communications for a key client project. You will manage and drive stakeholder engagement activities within Cerner’s Nordic client base and in building and maintaining media relations, both directly and through the effective use of external agencies. You will create supporting content, identifying materials that may be used from elsewhere in the Cerner portfolio, aligning to branding guidelines.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive and lasting relationships with industry stakeholders at all levels in Cerner’s Nordic programs of work; including those in local government, partner organisations and across the broader healthcare technology industry in the region. You will lean upon the support of the worldwide marketing and communications team based in the US, UK and other global regions for support in content creation, and delivery of campaigns and events, and will select worldwide value content, case studies, stories and advocates that will engage the Nordic audience and raise Cerner’s profile as a thought leader and trusted partner for the transformation of regional healthcare systems. You will be expected to build an effective network within the broader Cerner community, using that gained knowledge of Cerner’s people and products to assist in sales activities within the region, offering opportunity marketing support as needed.
You will hold a position on the Nordic leadership team, and may have management responsibility for an associate/associates within the region. As an active member of the International marketing and communications team, you will engage in marketing-led initiatives and ways of working, using your market knowledge to influence the direction of product development initiatives, and driving the effective use of Cerner’s internal business platforms such as Salesforce.
