Cerner is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Consulting team in Australia. This is an exciting team that looks to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of the wider organization of Cerner Consulting. You will be part of a dynamic team in which collaborative working will be paramount. As well as delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.
As a Senior Consultant, you will consult with Cerner clients to deliver consulting services and advise clients on workflows across service lines, and guide clients through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will create strategic plan with client to obtain value achievement across service line and identify workflow and process improvements and make recommendations to client and project leadership. You will also drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies. You will be expected to engage in the sales process to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours.
As a Senior Consultant you will lead Critical Care stream workflows, which includes ICU, PICU and NICU for a strategic client in Melbourne. You will focus on the APAC strategy for rolling out ieMR to rural, regional, and remote areas with a targeted emphasis on how to improve on lessons learnt to meet the needs of these HHS's.
