Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
- Must have a Valid Drivers Licenses
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of critical facilities work experience
- At least 1 year of energy management systems (EMS), maintenance management software (MMS), industrial air conditioning or electrical maintenance and installation work experience
- At least 1 year of maintenance work experience within a commercial property
- At least 1 year of technician work experience within a service industry on complex systems
Expectations
- Ability to climb ladders, walk long distances in large complexes, safely and properly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors, in mechanical rooms and computer environments
- Operate company vehicles, radios or assigned equipment
- Willing to work 5 pm to 5 am, nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating 554 schedule as required
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
