Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Solutions Management team at Cerner. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to further evolve our HR systems as we continue to transform human capital management, leveraging automation and process improvement. The Business Systems Analyst will partner with our strategic centers of expertise to understand and gather system requirements and perform moderate to complex system configuration. The Business Systems Analyst will also help troubleshoot tier 3 support issues and provide case resolutions, create test plans for new or updated configuration, evaluate and test impact of vendor-driven changes, engage with HR groups in end-to-end testing solutions, and effectively communicate status updated to stakeholders and senior team members.

About Corporate


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of reporting systems troubleshooting or systems configuration work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 years of systems management or implementation work experience
  • At least 1 year of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) work experience

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Additional Information
