The ECP Configuration Centre is looking to expand their team with a new Senior Configuration Manager. As a Configuration Manager, you would be responsible for operationally managing a team of associates who are responsible for completing configuration activities across Cerner’s solutions in Europe. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall efficiency and productivity of the team by prioritizing the work requests to ensure completion in accordance to project timelines and deliverables. You will maintain alignment to standard processes and ensure appropriate auditing of configuration by the teams as well as identifying and delivering new areas of improvement across our service line.

You will also communicate with internal project teams about project status, scope or timeline changes as well as the general configuration readiness of a project. You will also be responsible for driving configuration activity financial conversations with internal project teams in order to positively impact the financial health of a project. You will help identify and act as escalation point of contact for configuration issues and risks and apply and communicate configuration concepts and domain knowledge to internal project teams.

About Clinical

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Health Care fields or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 6 years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least three years of software implementation work experience across Cerner’s solutions.
  • Experience with JIRA is preferred.
Expectations:
  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
