Job Description

As a Client Site Coordinator, you will coordinate site-related processes on behalf of executives and in support of associates and organizations. Your responsibilities will include managing and making decisions on core administrative support to executives such as calendar management, time recording, travel scheduling and expense submission with minimal support. You will support activities to foster client partnership and culture including transition events, recognition programs and work environment management. In addition, you will serve as the primary interface with the client to build a cohesive administrative and operational partnership including coordinating logistics for dual calendar management, printing, room scheduling and shared spaces. You will support associate productivity by ensuring floor processes operate efficiently while ensuring facility is in show mode. You will also be responsible for assisting in onboarding by ensuring that all new and transferring associates have the information and materials they need to be productive as well as coordinate site-related projects such as facility improvements, event coordination and office services. Finally, you will also be responsible for gathering reports and analytical information on behalf of executives and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Associates degree (Higher Education, Higher National Diploma)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 1 year of office support
Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
