Job Description

We are looking to expand our Human Factors team with a new Program Manager!

As a Program Manager you will design and execute complex programs that align with organizational imperatives by managing cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to establish vision, objectives, and program strategy, and define program outcomes and measurements of success. You will be responsible and accountable for recruiting participants for research studies, meeting coordination, process improvements, project coordination, client and stakeholder communication, and developing and maintaining program metrics and reporting. You will utilize established tools to find qualified participants for research studies and identify new tools and methods. This includes researching and evaluating new processes, methods, practices, and tools that are central to program execution. You will proactively initiate, develop, and oversee relationships with participants, clients, and internal stakeholders by communicating the importance of engaging in research.

Overall, you will lead and manage the participant recruitment program and a team of associates. In addition to your team, you will work alongside other leaders and researchers. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Health Care Administration or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of Program development and program management work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of management (Team Lead) experience
  • At least one year of experience in participant or study recruitment
Expectations
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
