Job Description

As a Lead Project Manager, you will support the User Experience team to ensure the team achieves its strategic objectives. You will work closely with leaders across User Experience and various business groups in the execution of organizational priorities, track against them, and assist User Experience leaders in achieving the intended results. This role will allow you to network across multiple groups to drive initiatives, issue resolutions, alignment, as well as create, monitor and provide ongoing communication to appropriate leaders. The Lead Project Manager will also be responsible for the people management and career growth of the project management team within User Experience. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, have deep analytical and organizational skills, and have great attention to details.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, Marketing, Communications or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Experience working within a large organization (5,000+)
  • Experience in software related industries. Healthcare Information Technology is a plus
  • Experience with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
  • Prior team management experience
  • Ability to lead and mentor others
