The I.S.H.Med development team is responsible for the current generation of the I.S.H.Med solution which is Cerner’s EHR based on SAP technology. It is a medical device and therefore developed under strict ISO compliant processes.
Our solution is a mature clinical information system with an established client base worldwide. The team is highly experienced and very knowledgeable which represents a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow quickly and acquire more responsibilities.
We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our I.S.H.Med development team in Brasov. In this role, you will support the development team by designing and running manual tests using a risk-based testing approach. Most importantly, you will report found defects by logging and tracking them in our internal tools up to their resolution. You will maintain testing evidence for each test as proof of validation.
In addition to that, you will evaluate testing effectiveness on client-reported defects in conjunction with root cause analysis and provide improvement feedback in the testing process. There is the possibility to assist in the piloting of new testing technologies and quality process initiatives across the organization.

About Corporate


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience;
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications/ Not mandatory:
  • Experience with SAP R/3 systems;
  • A basic understanding of clinical processes;
  • At least 1 year in general business, health care or other information technology-related work experience;
  • At least 1 year in Health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience.

  • Willingness to learn and find your way in a complex clinical application;
  • Confidence to handle certain workflows in the system, without a complete background knowledge and partially dealing with a German user interface;
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations;
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position;
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
