Job Description

As a Senior Communications Partner you will create communications strategy informed by competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, audience identification and collaboration with team. You will support the client through the Cerner deployment process. You will execute complex, multifunctional communications strategies through collaboration, competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. You will lead collaboration with leaders and peers to gain an understanding of solutions, business strategy and healthcare industry to create content for assigned projects. You will create and curate communications from concept to completion including white papers, articles, web pages, social media, presentations and other marketing collateral. You will manage and optimize communications within and across platforms and venues to increase the visibility of the company or an individual’s content. You will create standards to moderate user-generated content by monitoring submissions and determining appropriateness in accordance with the moderation policy for each community. You will consult with stakeholders on new communications trends and platforms and create approaches to positively leverage them or address emerging risks. You will establish success measures and present results of communication efforts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelors Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • At least three years of experience in business writing or business communications work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare or Federal Communications experience

Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Additional Information

Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.
