Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted for education requirement
- · Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in cloud environment
- Must have extensive experience working with clients in person and over the phone with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure and AWS
- Understanding of Network, Firewall, and load balancing, to include cloud technologies such as Direct Connect and Express Route
- IIS troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated success addressing very complex technical issues
- Required technical experience:
- Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Multifactor Authentication)
- Active Directory Federation Services ( Azure AD Connect, PowerShell, Server 2008/2012, Office Pro Plus 2013/2016, OneDrive for Business)
- Understanding of O365 for MAC specifically in the area of: ( Teams for MAC and OneDrive for MAC)
- Intune EMM
- Amazon Web Services( EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, Route53,Direct Connect, IAM)
