Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 12 years of Project/program management, sales, consulting or client relationship management work experience
- Previous Federal Contracting experience
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, Information Technology or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 10 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) or federal government project/program management work experience
- At least 7 years of people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
- Experience with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs
- Experience with executive oversight of a large federal government program
- P&L management
- Executive leadership experience
Expectations:
- Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location; preferred location Washington, DC area
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% if not in the Washington, DC area
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
