Senior Configuration Analyst - Pharmacy

Job Description

As a Senior Configuration Analyst you configure systems for external client project implementations. You complete basic system configurations independently and complex system configurations with limited assistance; drive resolution of reported configuration issues, escalating as appropriate; and instruct and guide internal project stakeholders around the impact data collection has on configuration and configuration readiness. This role give you the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders as well as our federal clients! You also adopt new process improvements and ensure adoption across the larger team; consult with internal project stakeholders around the impact of design decisions and content recommendations; and coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
  • At least 1 year of application configuration work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Technology, Business or Healthcare
  • At least 1 year of client-facing work experience

Expectations

  • Must reside or be willing to relocation to the Kansas City area
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
