By decreasing and eliminating error, duplication, waste and variance, Cerner HealthPlan Services will enhance experiences and optimize outcomes.

The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for the Cerner HealthPlan Services financial processes and TPA industry compliance. The Associate Program Manager has responsibility for organizational reporting and program management for Cerner HealthPlan Services. You will drive the efficient operations by maintaining current reporting, providing analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Other responsibilities include supporting Cerner HealthPlan Services PO/PA process, invoice payments, and check requests/deposits; maintenance and timely updates of current Cerner HealthPlan Services operational reporting; and design and creation of ad hoc reports as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 1 year of program administration, program development, or program management work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HIPPA
  • Knowledge of financial processes

Expectations:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, overtime or irregular hours when needed
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Must reside in or near the Kansas City, MO area

Additional Information
