The German Translation Team, based in Dublin, Ireland, is responsible for all translation requests within our company and covers a variety of materials, ranging from marketing to corporate and legal documents.
As a Localization Analyst you support the Team in translating software and related technical documentation and manuals. During release cycles you cover the contextual linguistic validation of Cerner solutions.
You are detail-oriented, interested in the technical aspects of localization and ensure consistency, accuracy and overall quality by using industry standard translation and localization tools.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Software Translation and Localization, Communications or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Native German speaker
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Translation, Software Localization or related field
  • Additional language skills are welcome
  • At least 1 year of work experience with localization or translation software (SDLX, PASSOLO, TMS, TRADOS or similar)
  • At least 1 year of software localization work experience

Expectations:
  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed

Additional Information

All employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
