As a Senior Physician Executive you partner with Cerner client clinicians to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance and satisfaction via optimization activities and strategic initiatives. You lead accountability and strategy for clinical relationships within client base and overall health care industry; drive reference-ability of clients, designing strategies that directly impact reference-ability efforts; lead and influence strategic clinical discussions with clients promoting the alignment and adoption of technology; and act as an advisor in complex sales process to guide accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours. You also contribute to the enhancement of solution design and strategy; are accountable for the leadership of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to influence and execute clinical vision, objectives, and strategy; and drive organizational and internal team initiatives.

About Sales, Marketing & Strategy

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • MBBS or equivalent registrable with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • At least 3 years of clinical practice full time or equivalent part-time
  • At least 5 years’ health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current AHPRA registration and a minimum of three years practice within the Australian healthcare system.
Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
