About the team

Cerner Middle East Project Management Office (PMO) is expanding its team in Qatar to support the multiple engagements in the public and private health sectors. This PMO is part of Global Consulting PMO which is part of the Consulting Organization. This team is standardizing methodologies, processes, tools, and reports across the different regions in Global. It is constantly monitoring the quality of the projects, programs, portfolios, and their deliverables.

About the role

As a Business System Analyst, you are responsible for defining, implementing and standardizing metrics, reports, and dashboards leveraging data visualization tools. You are also responsible for supporting the elaboration, tracking, and managing of functional and non-functional requirements. In this role, you are responsible for finding innovative ways to search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large amounts of data and identifying success measures, analyses, and reporting processes that lead to actionable findings. Additionally, your responsibility is to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data to form clear, well-supported, data-driven recommendations for non-technical audiences and present results to internal stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills are vital to this role to provide the best support to our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include supporting key stakeholders through data analytics across Sales and Regional Leadership, contributing towards reporting and tracking the financial, contractual and quality status of projects, programs, and portfolios. You will provide data-driven reporting, analysis, and recommendations, blending both quantitative and qualitative analysis. In scope will be to ensure stakeholders receive the highest level of ROI on existing solutions and create complex reporting and propose additional reporting opportunities.

About Client Services


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Information Systems
  • At least 1-year experience in Reporting, systems, troubleshooting or systems configuration
  • At least 1-year experience in Systems Management or implementation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools to include JIRA, Version 1, and HP ALM
  • At least 2 years of experience working on the data analytics and business intelligence visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Good Knowledge of Advanced Excel
  • Basic programming skills with Python, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar
  • Non-standard working hours across different time zones
  • Occasional weekend work
