The Cerner Benelux organization is growing. All associates are aimed towards the shared goal of bringing our solutions to the Dutch and Belgium hospitals and patients however the atmosphere is easy going. We have a strong team and work intensely #together with associates from all over the world.

Cerner is searching for an Associate Consultant to be a member of Cerner’s European Consultant Organization and to deliver professional consulting services in the Benelux region and possibly beyond. We are looking for an Associate Consultant to support the laboratories and radiology workflows.

You will guide the client and Cerner colleagues in identifying and executing the changes required to achieve defined benefits. Using effective consulting skills in meetings and events, you will be responsible for driving the client through design of clinical and business process, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. You will assist in change management, helping clients identify opportunities for improvements, and be accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.

As an integral member of the project team, you will ensure that the design and configuration of the solution and the associated processes are completed successfully whilst leveraging best practices. You will be able to articulate the impact of Cerner solutions on future state workflow, role and service line/department.

About Clinical


Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-year health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
  • (Work) Experience in laboratory and/or Radiology environment
  • Technical affinity (like programming skills, HL7 interfaces)
  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

Additional Information
