Job Description

We are looking for a solution Designer for our team in Brasov to be part of our international software development teams. Our team is using the latest cloud-based technologies to develop a new generation EHR for international markets in collaboration with SAP.

In our team we develop foundation services which are intended for common use across multiple healthcare venues and apps. This comprises services for clinical workflows and patient care as well as services for security & data privacy, configuration, adaptability and localization. In addition, our team is developing strategies and services for our clients’ transition from their current EHR to its next generation.

As a Solution Designer you will collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to create process flow and use case models, elaborate and validate functional and non-functional requirements; create specifications as well as acceptance criteria for complex solutions.

You will develop and support solution vision through client interaction, market research, and interpretation of regulatory and accrediting agency guidelines. You will observe and make use healthcare industry standards as well as platform capabilities provided by our development partner SAP

You will manage relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles, but also study competitive offerings in the market and anticipate client or market needs.

Collaborating with our user experience and architecture teams you will create the preparation for developing our services. You will consult with our development teams in planning, estimating and allocating resources appropriately, collaborate across solution groups on similar functionality to ensure common process and seamless integration, but also to design, execute and maintain evidence of testing for manual, automated and exploratory tests using a risk-based testing complex.

About Corporate


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Business Administration, Health Care Science or related field or relevant equivalent work experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing, testing or solution-related work;
  • Fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • At least 1 year of solution design or consulting experience for in one of the following fields: Health care IT for clinics or hospitals ;
  • Rule- and workflow-based IT systems;
  • At least 2 years of agile development work experience;
  • At least 1 year of experience in solution design or product ownership.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed;
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations;
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position;
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Information

All employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
