As a member of the ITWorks team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and expertise to clients and internal project teams. You will also consult and collaborate with clients to design clinical workflows. Additionally, you will facilitate the analysis of the current state, future state, and gap analysis. You will also manage and own the client’s value measurement plan. Finally, you are responsible for supporting the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client as committed. Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services covering a 5,500 square mile service area. The main campus is located in beautiful Prescott, Arizona which boasts unique geographic amenities. It is nestled a mile high in the Bradshaw mountains and offers stunning views, myriad outdoor activities, milder four seasons, and a charming small town feel close to many vacation destinations.

About Clinical

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science; or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting, revenue cycle, health care administration experience, or licensed allied health care work experience
  • At least 2 years of informatics work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Health Care, or Health Care Administration
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP)
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
Expectations
  • Must live in or around the Prescott, AZ area

Additional Information
